AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-428 with Blank, Wesselink, Cook
& Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final design
of Fawnvalley - Firethorn Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary--
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-428 with
Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of Fawnvalley - Firethorn Storm Sewer
Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
