AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-429 with Engineering Design &
Management, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Walton - Betty Lee Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-429 with
Engineering Design & Managements, Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of Walton - Betty Lee Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
