AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Analytic
Investment Management, Inc. whereby said corporation will act as
investment manager for a certain portion of the District's Pension
Fund with the primary objective of selling exchange traded covered
options.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary--
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Analytic Investment Management, Inc. whereby said corporation
will act as investment manager for a certain portion of the
District's Pension Fund with the primary objective of selling
exchange - traded covered options.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1983.
