AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 3 and 4
in Block C of York Village, in the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The four (4) foot easements on each side ofthe common
line between Lots 3 and 4 in Block C of York
Village, in the City of Brentwood, Missouri,
as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 34 of the
St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
