AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Aaron Orr
Plumbing and Sewer Service, Inc. for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Old Warson - Des Peres (S-1737, C-979), in the Cities of
Ladue and Rock Hill, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROpOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Aaron Orr Plumbing and Sewer Service, Inc.,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Old Warson - Des Peres (S-1737, C-979), in the Cities of
Ladue and Rock Hill, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District. pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th
day of November, 1983, and formally executed on the 13th day of
December, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
