AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-two
Thousand Dollars ($132,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
East Edgar (S-1525, C-1004 ), in the City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1\2) of the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-two
Thousand Dollars ($132,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in East Edgar Improvement Project (S-1525,
C-1004), in the City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
