AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in East Edgar
(S-1525, C-1004), in the City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company. Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in East
Edgar (S-1525, C-1004). in the City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 17th day of November, 1983, and
formally executed on the 13th day of December, 1983, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
