REJECTING AND RE-ADVERTISING BID - MONUMENTAL
STAIR RENOVATION - BOROUGH HALL
WHEREAS, bids for Monumental Stair Renovation - Borough Hall were authorized
by Resolution #96-171 on June 20, 1996; and
WHEREAS, on October 7, 1996 one bid was received; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to reject the
previous bid and re-advertise said bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council do hereby
reject the bid for Monumental Stair Renovation - Borough Hall and authorize the
- Purchasing Agent to re-advertise said bid.
Adopted this 17th day of October, 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on October 18, 1996.
