AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Malcolm Drive (S-
1795, C-1006), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Malcolm Drive (S-1795, C-1006), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 18th day of November, 1983, and
formally executed on the 13th day of December, 1983, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 5422 is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983. -2-
