AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Aaron Orr
Plumbing and Sewer Service, Inc. for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Glouchester Sanitary Relief (S-1837, C-1007), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Aaron Orr Plumbing and Sewer Service, Inc.,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Glouchester Sanitary Relief (S-1837, C-1007), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 21st day of November, 1983, and formally executed on the 18th
day of December, 1988, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
