AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund for engineering services involving the acquisition of ease-
ments for trunk sewers and interim treatment facilities in the
Lower Missouri River Basin - Caulks Creek Watershed, Contract E-
346, (Federal Project No. C-291148-02).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund for engineering services involving the acquisition of ease-
ments for trunk sewers and interim treatment facilities in the
Lower Missouri River Basin - Caulks Creek Watershed, Contract E-
346, (Federal Project No. C-291148-02).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
