AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($15,750.00) from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund for engineering services involving the
acquisition of easements for trunk sewers and interim treatment
facilities in the Lower Meramec River Basin - Grand Glaize Creek
Watershed, Contract E-364 (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($15,750.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund for engineering services involving the
acquisition of easements for trunk sewers and interim treatment
facilities in the Lower Meramec River Basin - Grand Glaize Creek
Watershed, Contract E-364 (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
