AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-432 with Havens & Emerson, Inc.
for engineering services involving the acquisition of easements
for sewer facilities in the Lower Meramec River Basin - Grand
Glaize, Fishpot, and Kiefer Creek Watersheds (Part of Federal
Project No. C-290875).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-432 with
Havens & Emerson, Inc. for engineering services involving the
acquisition of easements for sewer facilities in the Lower Meramec
River Basin - Grand Glaize, Fishpot, and Kiefer Creek Watersheds
(Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
