AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($45,500.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue
Account to the Legal Services Department for temporary right of
way services in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict for the
remainder of the 1983 - 1984 Fiscal Year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($45,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee
Fee Sewer Revenue Account to the Legal Services Department for
temporary right of way services in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict for the remainder of the 1983 - 1984 Fiscal Year.
Section Two. This ordinance. being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
