AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Minerva - Miriam
Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-385, Amendment I.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Minerva - Miriam Relief Sewer project, Contract, E-385, Amendment
I.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
