AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-four Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty-six Dollars ($74,356.00) from the General Fund of
the District for the purchase and installation of computer disk
equipment for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-four Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty-six Dollars ($74,356.00) is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the District for the purchase and installation
of computer disk equipment for the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
