O R D I N A N C E NO. 5442
AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund; Three
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees/Construction Account; Fifty-two Thousand Dollars ($52,000.00)
from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund, and
Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) from the Bonfils Reserve for
Connection Fees, to the General Fund of the District; and
appropriating One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the General
Fund of the District, of which Four Hundred Thirty-three Thousand
Dollars ($433,000.00) is to be used to pay the District's share;
Four Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($472,500.00) will be received from the Environmental Protection
Agency of the United States, and Ninety-four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($94,500.00) will be received from the Department of
Natural Resources of the State of Missouri for the cost of third
year Program Management Services for District-wide water pollution
abatement programs of the District, now part of Federal Project
No. C-291212, Contracts E-433, E-434, E-435, and E-436.
WHEREAS, the District will receive a grant from the
Environmental Protection Agency of the United States government
for said services, and
WHEREAS, the District will receive a grant from the
Department of Natural Resources of the State of Missouri for said
services,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi River Con-
struction Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees/Construction Account to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Four. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby transferred from Bonfils Reserve for
Connection Fees to the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Four Hundred Thirty-three
Thousand Dollars ($433,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to pay the District's share of costs
of third year Program Management Services for District-wide water
pollution abatement programs of the District, now part of Federal
Project No. C-291212, Contracts E-433, E-434, E-435, and E-436,
and Program Management Services for the District's Stormwater
Management Program.
Section Six. The grant from the Environmental
Protection Agency of the United States government will amount to

Four Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($472,500.00) which, when received, will be deposited in the
General Fund of the District, and is to be applied toward the
costs of third year Program Management Services for District-wide
water pollution abatement programs of the District, now part of
Federal project No. C-291212, Contracts E-433, E-434, E-435, and
E-436, and said amount is hereby appropriated to be used to make
said payments when due and payable under the terms of the
contracts for said services.
Section Seven. The grant from the Department of
Natural Resources of the State of Missouri will amount to Ninety--
four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($94,500.00) which, when
received, will be deposited in the General Fund of the District,
and is to be applied toward the costs of third year Program
Management Services for District-wide water pollution abatement
programs of the District, now part of Federal Project No. C-
291212, Contracts E-433, E-434, E-435, and E-436 and said amount
is hereby appropriated to be used to make said payments when due
and payable under the terms of the contracts for said services.
Section Eight. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
