AN ORDINANCE, renewing The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District's contract with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for
the District's Employee Minimum Premium Group Medical Insurance
Plan for the period January 1, 1984 to December 31, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District's contract with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for
the District's Employee Minimum Premium Group Medical Insurance
Plan is hereby renewed for the period January 1, 1984 to December
31, 1984.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 28, 1983.
