AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-nine and 08/100 Dollars ($24,399.08) from the
General Fund of the District to reimburse the City of Ballwin,
Missouri for funds expended by said city for the Brush Creek
stormwater project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein appropriated represent money
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
Stormwater Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-nine and 08/100 Dollars ($24,399.08) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District to reimburse
the City of Ballwin, Missouri for funds expended by said City for
the Brush Creek stormwater project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1984.
