AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to
be used for emergency repairs to the Branch Street Sewer, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for emergency repairs to the
Branch Street Sewer, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred with such project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1984.
