AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Graystone
Manor Section 4 - Phase 1. in St. Louis County. Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easements shown in Graystone Manor Section 4 -
Phase 1, as recorded in plat Book 222, Page
20 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
