AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thirty-six
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($236,800.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost for Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Pallardy-Patrick Drainage
Project- Phase II (S-1902, C-1053), in the City of St. John,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) toward the total cost of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. John, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Ninety-three Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($93,400.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thirty-six
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($236,800.00) is hereby

appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm and sanitary sewers, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Pallardy-Patrick Drainage Project-Phase
II (S-1902, C-1053), in the City of St. John, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
