AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc., for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers
in Pallardy-Patrick Drainage Project - Phase II (S-1902, C-1053),
in the City of St. John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm and sanitary
sewers in Pallardy-Patrick Drainage Project - Phase II (S-1902, C-
1053), in the City of St. John, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 1st day of December, 1983, and formally executed on the 20th
day of December, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
