AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-one Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
cost incurred in connection with such project, in Marshall Court
(S-2199, C-1049), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other cost incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Marshall Court (S-2199, C-1049), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
