AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Suburban Tree
Services, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Marshall
Court (S-2199, C-1048), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Suburban Tree Service, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Marshall Court (S-2199, C-1048), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of December,
1983, and formally executed on the 27th day of December, 1983, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
