AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of 9538 Anchorage Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-
437.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of 9538 Anchorage Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-437.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
