AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($14,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering
services for the final design of 10196 Baptist Church Road Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-438.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($14,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of 10196 Baptist Church
Road Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-438.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
