AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-438 with O'Brien and Gere for
engineering services for the final design of 10196 Baptist Church
Road Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-438 with
O'Brien and Gere for engineering services for the final design of
10196 Baptist Church Road Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
