AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek, Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Operation Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek, and Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from the
Fee Fee Connection Fees account to the General Fund of the
District, and appropriating Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
professional services pertaining to the District's storm and
sanitary relief projects, Contract E-440.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the General
Fund of the District.

Section Three. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated form the General Fund of the
District for professional services pertaining to the District's
storm and sanitary relief project, Contract E-440.
Section Seven. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
