AN ORDINANCE, transferring Six Hundred Twenty Thousand
($620,000.00) from the Mississippi River General Fund as a loan to
the Mississippi River Operating Fund, and appropriating Six
Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($620,000.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for professional services for the Bissell
Point Secondary Treatment Project (Part of Federal Project No. C-
290641), M.S.D. Contract E-442, and directing repayment of said
loan.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($620,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi
River General Fund as a loan to the Mississippi River Operating
Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Six Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($620,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for professional services for the Bissell
Point Secondary Treatment Project (Part of Federal Project No. C-
290641), M.S.D. Contract E-442.
Section Three. The Director of Finance is hereby
directed to repay to .the Mississippi River General Fund the loan
as specified in Section One above as funds become available in the
Mississippi River Subdistrict.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
