AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-365
with CH2M-Hill Central, Inc. for professional services required
for the Lemay - River des Peres Watershed - Task Order No. 2,
Preliminary Design Services for the Upper and Lower River des
Peres Foulwater Interceptor (Part of Federal Project No. C-291077,
Mississippi River Overflow Regulation System and Master Facilities
Plan).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an amendment
to Contract E-365 with CH2M-Hill Central, Inc. for professional
services required for the Lemay - River des Peres Watershed Task
Order No. 2, Preliminary Design Services for the Upper and Lower
River des Peres Foulwater Interceptor (Part of Federal Project No.
C-291077, Mississippi River Overflow Regulation System and Master
Facilities Plan).
Section Two. The amendment to the contract authorized
in Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director
and General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1984.
