AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-443 with STS Engineers, Inc. for
professional services related to soils and foundation services for
sanitary and storm sewer projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-443 with
STS Engineers, Inc. for professional services related to soils and
foundation sewers for storm sanitary and storm sewer projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
