AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-444 with Test Drilling Service
Company for engineering services including drilling, sampling and
soils testing.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-444 with
Test Drilling Service Company for engineering services including
drilling, sampling and soils testing.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
