AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-445 with Sverdrup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the identification
and evaluation of High Priority Relief Sewer Projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-445 with
Sverdrup and Parcel and Associates, Inc. for engineering services
for the identification and evaluation of High Priority Relief
Projects Relief Sewer Projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
