AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the identification and evaluation of High Priority Relief Sewer
Projects, Contract E-446.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund for engineering
services for the identification and evaluation of High Priority
Relief Sewer Projects, Contract E-446.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
