AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account for
engineering services for the identification and evaluation of High
Priority Relief Sewer Projects, Contract E-447.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account for engineering services for the identification and
evaluation of High Priority Relief Sewer Projects, Contract E-447.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
