AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-447 with Havens and Emerson,
Inc. for engineering services for the identification and evalua-
tion of High Priority Relief Sewer Projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-447 with
Havens and Emerson, Inc. for engineering services for the
identification and evaluation of High Priority Relief Projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
