AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-449 with Colton/Lester
Corporation for engineering services for the final design of
University City Branch of River des Peres/Purdue Avenue Storm
Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-449 with
Colton/Lester Corporation for engineering services for the final
design of University City Branch of River des Peres/Purdue Avenue
Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
