HomeMy Public PortalAbout05510 O R D I N A N C E NO. 5510 AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($183,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, One Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Forty Dollars ($178,040.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres, and Sixty-five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($65,360.00) from the Operation Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, to the General Fund of the District, and appropriating Four Hundred Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars ($427,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the cost of engineering, supervision, labor, equipment, and site preparation for St. Louis County Office of Community Development Gabion Projects. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($183,600.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Forty Dollars ($178,040.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres to the General Fund of the District. Section Three. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($65,360.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Four. The sum of Four Hundred Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars ($427,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the cost of engineering, supervision, labor, equipment, and site preparation for St. Louis County Office of Community Development Gabion Projects. Section Five. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984. -2-
