AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract C-991 with Bannes - Shaughnessy
Inc., for the construction of Creve Coeur Creek Force Main
Discharge Structure. (Federal Project No. C-291148-06).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract C-991 with Bannes -
Shaughnessy, Inc., for the construction of Creve Coeur Creek Force
Main Discharge Structure. (Federal Project No. C-291148-06).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Three Hundred
Four Thousand Dollars ($304,000.00) and such other items and
conditions as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1984.
