AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers, in
Harper & South Iola (S-1889, C-987), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Webster Groves, Missouri has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the additional costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used
for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers, in
Harper & South Iola (S-1889, C-987), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1984.
