AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Lawnview Creek II
Drainage Improvement (S-1979, C-1056), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest respon-
sible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Lawnview
Creek II Drainage Improvement (S-1979, C-1056), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of
December, 1983, and formally executed on the 7th day of February,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1984.
