AN ORDINANCE. appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the
final design of North City Avenue 1022 Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-450.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of North Clay Avenue
1022 Storm Sewer project, Contract E-450.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
