AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18.000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Sugar Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Goethe Avenue No. 531 Storm Sewer Project, Con-
tract E-451.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18.000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Sugar Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Goethe Avenue No. 531
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-451.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
