AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) from the Operation. Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Lee Avenue No. 318 Storm Sewer Project, Contract
E-452.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Lee Avenue No. 318
Storm Sewer Project.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
