AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Prospect Avenue No. 202 Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-453.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Prospect Avenue No.
202 Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-453.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
