AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-453 with Wegescheide Engineers,
Inc. for engineering services for the final design of Prospect
Avenue No. 202 Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-453 with
Wegescheide Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Prospect Avenue No. 202 Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
