AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Operation. Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering
services for the final design of West Rose Hill No. 230 Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-454.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for en-
gineering services for the final design of West Rose Hill No. 230
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-454.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
