AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in vacated alleys and a street in City Blocks 176 and
260 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
subject vacated alleys and street, and this District has no
further use for these vacated alleys and street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described vacated alleys and street:
The North-South alley in City Block 176 from the South
line of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive to the North line of
Convention Plaza.
The East-West alleys in City Block 176 from the East
line of 11th Street to the West line of 10th Street.
The North-South alley in City Block 260 from the North
line of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive to the South line of Cole
Street.
The East-West alley in City Block 260 from the East
line of 11th Street to the West line of the North-South alley in
City Block 260.
Dr. Martin Luther King Drive from the East line of 11th
Street to the West line of 10th Street in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
