AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the final design of New Florissant Road and Williams Blvd. Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-455.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Main-
tenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for
engineering services for the final design of New Florissant Road
and Williams Blvd. Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-455.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1984.
